We try and help every customer with their needs. With that being said there some that have an agenda or cannot be pleased. We even try after these odds. Sometimes it gets to where you have to remove yourself from a bad situation and move on. When it gets to racial comments and cussing we will under no circumstances tolerate this kind of behavior. And its been my experience that you rarely will get a review unless asked to do so. Unless they are mad and give a bad one. Even if it is false and you are only getting one side of the story. We as a company always try to do the best job we can. Never trying to to do anything wrong to anyone. And we will always keep this in place.
