THE DESERTS WORST POOL COMPANY-VACATION POOLS! • Poor Quality • Over Pricing/Double Billing • Staff not showing up for routine maintenance but customer being billed • Poor Customer Service The owner Gerald Hampton, Juan Solis, Mgr. (who kisses your hand and cheek literally and then tells you that he will take care of everything as the pool looks like crap after only a few years and then “ghosts” you) and Jack Jackson salesman, are all participants in taking advantage of an 85-year-old woman. SHAME ON YOU! Paid over $28,000+++ for a pool/spa renovation but have had nothing but problems with VACATION POOLS. Everything was supposed to be brand new and in working order. However, VACATION POOLS created a dream makeover NIGHTMARE: with tiles coming off in big chunks, calcium deposits built up and not being cleaned, Hayward pool pump replaced 2x within 2 years and chgd $695+, saltwater system not working, Pro-Logic remote continually breaking, autofill issues, being chgd again for repairing $230++, pressure test fees of $495+ This is our vacation home, and we have a pool in Los Angeles that has run smoothly for over 30 years. This FIASCO with VACATION POOLS couldn’t even get the pool/spa off and running from the get-go. BEWARE!
