We hired Al to do a bathroom renovation for us. He told us it would take about 35 days to complete. For two months we had barely anyone working on the project. We had to push Al every day to give us an update on the project and timing for completion. After two months of pushing Al to make progress, he had only completed about 40% of the work before he admitted that he had nothing left in our budget and that he wouldn't be able to complete the job. He left us with a construction zone and won't refund us for the job he did not complete. He was also supposed to purchase materials like hardwood floors, drywall, etc that he never bought. He now will not return our calls or texts, and has gone completely MIA. We will be taking legal action. Please do not make the same mistake we did by hiring him. He has no idea what he's doing, and we suspect he is in debt with other projects and is using new project money to pay off old debts. Do not get involved in his ponzi scheme.
