On spot repair for 4inch sewer line customer already had line cabled and jetted. Line would not open. Ran camera through cleanout, for 4inch sewer line camera stopped at defective section and would not go any further. Line located defective section. Defective section was found on stomp location. On 4inch clay sewer line removed stomped ,and dug 4 feet removing roots to expose 4inch clay sewer line defective section. Once defective section was exposed. Removed defective section and installed a piece of 4inch A.B.S pipe and fittings. as well as a new cleanout. Chucked dirt back and compacted. Job sight left clean.

On defective 3 quarter galvanize water main use leak detector and line locater. On defective line cut and removed concrete. Dug 2 feet by 8 feet and exposed defective line. On exposed line removed and installed copper and brass fittings. Line continued to leak in another location once repair was finished. Upon investigation found that line was failing. Recommend to replacing entire water main with new 1 inch copper line. Customer gave green light to replace line. From city water meter to house dug 2 feet by 70 feet. Installed 70 feet line with 1 inch copper line, fittings and brass fittings. Concrete hauled off and dumped. Dirt is shoveled back and compacted. Job sight left clean permit pulled.

Once on-site leak detection found leaks in Mutiple spots on public side and on private side of property. Once leaks were located a spot repair was recommended to the customer. Customer gave green light to procced with work. Approximately 20 feet by 2 feet of dirt was dug up, and old pipe was exposed. Once old pipe is exposed pipe is cut and removed, and new pipe with brass fittings is installed. Dirt is put back and grass is put back as well job sight left clean.

On front yard of house leak detector was used to find leak. On leak location spot repair was advised to customer. Customer gave the go. Hole was by 2 feet by 6 feet. Pipe was exposed leak was relativity small spot repair was done a new pipe was installed. Dirt was put back with small compaction and grass was fitted back.

On 1inch water line leak detected water line. On 1inch defective copper dug approximately 2 feet by 8 feet for spot repair. Once defective line was exposed removed old defective copper line section. Installed approximately 8 feet of copper and fittings no leaks. Once installed put dirt back and compacted as needed. Job sight left clean.

Project started with line already exposed and trench already dug as well as concrete already broken up. 4inch sewer line was exposed as well. Homeowner wanted licensee's plumber to finish the job. Camera sewer line to defective section camera would push no further and was dark located spot of defective section. On defective section dug and exposed defective section. Defective section was going into dirt and had a complete disconnect from the sewer line. Kept digging to find sewer line. Sewer continued to have off sets or pieces moving. Sewer line was failing close to the 6icnch sewer line connected to the city sewer. Advised customer to install new sewer line. Customer gave the green light. Tech, Forman and Laborer dug 12feet vertically to expose 4inch connection to 6inch sewer line. Installed new 60 feet 4inch A.B.S sewer line with fittings and connected 6inch sewer line to 4inch. Camera 6inch sewer line and found 6inch sewer line had roots. Advised customer to hydro jet sewer line clean and to shoot a new sewer line into 6inch line. Customer gave the green light. Hydro jetted sewer line re camera sewer line to find no roots. Using trenchless equipment shoot new sewer line into 6inch sewer line up to city sewer line. Camera line of new sewer line, line is clear and flowing. Permits were pulled inspector approved the line. Laborer, Tech and Foreman put the dirt back and compacted the dirt in. After concrete was hauled off and dump job site left clean.

On prior jobs on property cabled and hydro jetted line could not get line open. Ran camera and ran into defective section. Located the defective section. Alerted dig alert, and dig alert made their marking job was given the green light to commence. Cut concrete and hammer jack concrete removed concrete plus hauled off concrete. Dug 8 feet to expose pipe. Once old pipe was exposed old pipe is cut and removed from the hole. New piece of A.B.S pipe is installed with fittings. 8 foot hole is backfield and dirt is compacted. Job is clean and pipe has no leaks.

Upon investigation customer had leak water main underneath concrete driveway on 60 feet 1 inch water main. Used leak detector and found approximate location of leak. Cut concrete and removed concrete and excavated and reveled leaking piece of 1 inch soft copper. Removed and replaced leaking piece of soft copper. Soft copper line later leaked in another location. Advised customer that 1inch soft copper line was failing and to install new one inch 60 feet copper line through front yard instead of drive way. Customer gave the green light to install line. New one inch copper 60 feet line with brass fittings was installed new leaks job sight left cleaned. See next project for 60 feet main water line job.
