Mike was very detailed oriented and helped us make good quality decisions. Our new roof over the deck looks like it was built with the house. It adds great entertaining space. All his contractors are quality driven and take the time to discuss the plans so everyone is on the same page but were also very flexible when we came up with last minute ideas. just a great, personable experience. We will be calling Upstate Home Pros for any future renovations!

My neighbor had a sunroom installed by Upstate Home Pros of Inman SC. I observed inconsiderate contractors cutting thru my yard with wheelbarrows with cement (leaving ruts), tools, supplies, ladders etc.. They also were using my yard as a doormat to wipe mud off of their shoes/boots. Granted we were having 3 inch rain events so it was very muddy. I asked them nicely to not use my front yard as a cut thru. The next day they continued to cut thru my front yard which prompted me to deter them. I put up survey tape tied to stakes to create a 3 foot barrier. They finally got the hint and walked around my front yard. We were also considering adding on to our house but would never use Upstate Home Pros due to their lack of consideration for other folks property. We also don't appreciate the heavy set man with the gray beard who drives the silver truck that said "we must be A******S and that he would hate to live next to us". I would like to thank Ring Doorbell for recording all motion and sound, priceless. would have given them 0 stars but 1 star is the lowest rating.
