| Block home repair. | Oct 2017 | During Hurricane Irma a tree fell on my clients home so they called and asked me if I could repair the broken block wall on the outside of the home. So we had to cut part of the wall in order to be able to put some more block into it. After we installed the block we use wired paper Lath in order to cover and strengthen the new block. Then we put a scratch coat on to the lath. After the scratch coat dried we applied the finish coat and texture the wall to match the existing texture. It was extremely dirty and the homeowner was having a party the following day and requested that I come to clean it to get it looking proper. | Pool cleaning and adjusting chemicals in water. | Jul 2015 | This project we had to completely drain an olympic size pool then I had to do an acid wash on the inside of the pool because it had Barnacles that were growing on it it was a house in foreclosure and it's sat for over 12 years. After we drain the pool and did they acid wash I neutralize the acid with alkalinity and wash the sides and floor off one more time. After we did this we filled the pool back up with water turned the motor on after we clean the filter for the customer and commenced with adjusting the water chemistry considering it was 18000 gallons of tap water. | $350 | Inverness, FL |
