I don't know about the last review but it sounds like somebody is trying to blame a well-respected family business because of the owner's own negligence. Also, one can tell because the other reviews online and also word of mouth are impeccable. He's done a lot of work for one of my neighbors and they will only use Steve for anything plumbing related. For starters, who leaves their house with their water on for six months under pressure. Regardless of what type of home it is. One can tell if a lot of water is being sprayed or leaking from the refrigerator line. I had Steve out at my place in Floral City and they made sure to shut the gate when they came in and out of my property. It's the homeowner's responsibility to make sure the gate is closed. Now I had Steve and his son come over and he saved me a lot of money because I was being told I needed all these gadgets for a water heater when all I needed was a basic water heater with an expansion tank. Also, I had a small leak that was showing by my toilet and Steve was able to find it and repair it better than it was before. I will be calling and recommending him again.

I had neighbors recommend this service and they certainly don't know what they are doing. I had a leak in my kitchen and the man who came out claimed it was a drain leak...unfortunately...that is not what it was an in fact a neighbor had fixed that specific drain he claimed was leaking. I can state now the cause of the leak was the line coming from the refrigerator and specifically a crack in the connector to the pipe because I came home to squirting under my sink and called another neighbor who quickly came and diagnosed that. I had been gone for 6 months and the damage IS extensive...I am walking on the studs in my kitchen. I called Chmura Plumbing after we got the leak under control and had to call 3x before The owner and his sidekick came out and the damage was not as bad in January...I never got a call back and it might be because when they left they left my private gate wide open which was marked with beware of bad dog...and when I let my dog out (I cannot see my gate from my home) he took off and was gone for 5 days. You can imagine my worry and I left Chmura a "steaming" message as they opened the gate...both of them and didn't bother to close them upon leaving. Needless to say they have not returned any of my calls about the damage they caused on my plumbing leak and so they are leaving me NO choice except to spread this news about them so you are NOT their next victim of BAD plumbing repairs or carelessness. I should have gotten their licensing and insurance information but since it was neighbors referring I didn't think it was necessary. Don't HIRE this firm they don't care about your job just the money they will put in their pocket and heaven forbid you end up like I did.
