About Safeguard Soft Wash
We are a Softwashing contractor. Softwashing is a non-pressure cleaning system used in roof and exterior surfaces cleaning. The solution is applied using pressures comparable to normal house, hose pressure. Using the proper mix solution for each specific job ensures a perfect clean, every time. This technique is safe on stucco, siding, aluminum fascia and soffit, pool decks, pool enclosures, driveways, brick and anything else around your home and business. Softwashing is the only method of cleaning recommended by roofing manufacturers, and is guaranteed to not void your warranty or damage your components. All of our roof Cleanings are backed by a five year spot-free warranty.

I live in California and contacted Nicholas Jacobson over the phone to have my roof cleaned on my home in Florida. It was one of the easiest processes I have ever done long distance. He returned my calls promptly, sent me the estimate, explained what he needed to do and when he was able to do the job. He was exactly on time, sent before and after pictures which were extremely impressive, what a difference a clean tile roof makes to the overall look of the house. The renters loved his work and are recommending him to others and I will do the same thing. It's always good to find a business man you can trust to do the job and do it right. His rate was reasonable, he was exactly on time, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do.
