Schnettler Construction has been in business since 2007, but we have over 20 years of construction experience. We provide Marion, Sumter, Lake (west side), Citrus, and other surrounding counties with distinct professionalism and superior quality carpentry services. Primarily we handle the majority of the work in-house, unless a job requires plumbing or electrical or has other special circumstances, in which case, we use reliable sub-constractors that we verify carry worker's compensation and insurance. Scott Schnettler is the owner of the company and he received his Certified Building Contractors License (#CBC1253348) in 2005. Scott started his career in construction in the United States Army as a Carpentry and Masonary Specialist in 1989. Upon his honorable discharge from the Army he worked as a framing carpenter handling all phases of new construction to renovations. He went on to further become a foreman, then a construction manager, and then to finally opening his own business in 2007.
