VYCA Kitchen Collection and Granite INC

this company is a rip off, the cabinets they sold us are junk,they have no enclosed bottom,this is not what we were shown,the granite has some hairline cracks and they took my cabinets without my permission,I was told these cabinets have a life time warranty,I have yet to receive a warranty or a invoice.....I have called,sent emails ,nothing back....our house is 1500sq ft ,kitchen is small and cost $12,000,no warranty or invoice has ever been given to us.........After many requests for them,I have decided to seek legal advice to find out our options,we live on social security and I feel they took advantage of us.....I have just started to fight....

Recently VYCA installed a quartz counter top for us. It was Silestone, Artic. It was installed promply. We were disappointed that the two slabs is was cut from varied so much with the amount of color in them. They told us that both slabs were the same die lot and said they would come over to take photos and communicate with Silestone. They never came.
