Stephens Real Estate was founded in 1979 by Jerry Stephens, who vowed to make exceptional client care a priority. Over the years, we have partnered with the Better Homes and Gardens and GMAC Real Estate franchises. In 2009, we celebrated our 30th anniversary by returning to our roots as an independent real estate brokerage. Current co-owners Sally Blom and Maddy Tousignant are proud to continue the tradition of providing top-notch service. In 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016, Stephens Real Estate was this area's MLS Top-Producing Office.
