Poor service, poor cleanup. This is a group of independent contractors with each looking out for themselves. If you have a complaint you'll never get any higher than your Salesman to talk to. I would not recommend them for anything. Insurance money chasers.

Failure to complete repairs of damage ceilings and used wrong color shingles in repair. Contacted 23 times for repairs.

Great customer service. Newport walked me through the entire claims process, and even had a representative at my house when the insurance inspector arrived. Once my claim went through, Newport fixed my roof quickly. Very pleased with the overall experience.
