BUYER BEWARE! I hired this guy to remodel my new place. Gave me a 15k estimate to which I agreed. 5k up front, 5k in the middle, and 5k at the end. We had friends in common, that's how I came upon him, and because of that, I trusted him. I gave him the 5k up front, and another 5k prematurely, this guy takes off to Vegas and blows all the money! Meanwhile, he lies about where he is, but he forgets we have mutual friends and I know exactly what's going on! It gets better....while he's in Vegas, he sends me a message to send him more money to "pay his guys" lol!! Of course I declined, at this point he's been working on the remodel for a month and a half. Always missed appointments, was a no show, etc... Anyways, he got away with 13,000 (materials cost which he tried to sneak in tools for me to pay for) of my money and did NOT COMPLETE ANYTHING. I feel violated. Please don't hire this guy. He's a con artist with obvious money problems, and other issues.

The owner came to my home very promptly to provide the estimate ill give him that credit but thats it! about a month ago he was contracted to do wood repair and paint the outside of my home we agreed on a price and start date. 1. sign of issues he missed the start date then was late on the 2nd stated start date (should of been my sign). 2 people came to do the job and insisted that they would finish that day which they did and in the dark and asked me to inspect what I couldn't really see. I insisted multiply times they they do not have to finish that day but they didnt want to have to come back and ensure the work was properly done (i guess would of cost them money). the last part they were finishing that night was my chimney which was getting all the wood fully replaced and while screwing it in as they did their rush job they used only 4 screws for the entire large piece of wood! with the storms 2 weeks ago naturally it came off so I contact the owner 6/10/2019 and he stated he would come out and take care of it that week. no call no show no text nothing at all. contact him again 6/17 at this point he knows I'm not going away and his tone changes trying to say its not his fault but will come out and now look at it on 6/20. I take the day off to meet with him and when i didn't hear anything around 2pm i decided to reach out once again and now he is being very short and rude stating ''Look man Ill get to it when I get to it" and "maybe after this job". Wait you made a appointment and now I'm the bad guy for asking you to keep up on your end??? He of course no called no showed so when i messaged him Friday 6/21/2019 he was now completely rude and state that he didn't have the time to deal with it and "its not his fault". I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemy. Bad customer service and terrible guarantee
