Door width was 17ft9in and height was 8ft3in custom width& height. 3" commercial tracks with double fixture hinges. The door was Low-headroom for low clearance and maximum opening height. The opener we install was a Liftmaster commercial chain drive #8587 with torque plate (custom opener for carriage house door). The motor came with liftmaster gateway system, keyless entry, 3 transmitters, eye beams.
