Our Client had an existing post and beam structure with dirt floors and no amenities. We excavated dirt from inside the barn and poured a concrete pad with drainage. The structure was out of level, square and plumb, so extensive corrections were made to accept the new siding, windows and doors. New electric was run for lighting, outlets, and heating. The final product provided our customer with an aesthetically pleasing, climate controlled space for a work shop, storage, and parking.

This home was an outdated long term rental unit in need of a re-fresh. We took to each and every room making upgrades in lighting, wall repair and paint, and refinishing the hardwood floors. Kitchen and bath fixtures were improved. Doors and windows fixed to function properly. On the exterior of the home the porch was repaired and re-painted, and broken iron railings re-set in concrete. Gutters were repaired or replaced as necessary. Essentially, we went through the property methodically to identify and correct discrepancies. Guiding our customer as to what was a good return on investment and what to not correct as they were looking to sell. FYI, within 24 hours of listing the home, it sold!
