New leaf painting company

I hired new leaf painting to do an exterior trim job on my house. He quit 3/4 way through the job stating that my house was too tall to do the job safely. I do have a tall house, but he knew the height of the house when he agreed to do the project. I am now stuck with a house that is 3/4 of the way finished and am having a very difficult time finding someone who will finish the work. Chris did refund a portion of the fee, but that portion will not pay for another painter to finish the job. This was not some bait and switch. He knew the height, bid on the project and quit. and to add on, the first time I contacted him was March 30th. "I would tackle your project and not go onto another until I finished" Then another text "first week In may" Then May 31st he starts. Now my money has been tied up for many weeks. So since March I have wanted my trim painted and I am now starting from square one.
