Eagle Heating Air & Plumbing

Purchased a Trane HVAC Unit and Eagle HVAC installed it less than years ago. The compressor completely blew up and left us hanging on a 91 degree Saturday. Eagle website mislead us to believe they were available by emergency only on Sat-Sun. which is not true. My messages surrounding my husband being oxygen dependent was either ignored or wasn't received. Brittany and Ronnie confirmed they were indeed closed on weekends. Called the office on Monday and emailed the owner John Lay after Ronnie the technician diagnosed the unit needing a new compressor and was unable to produce a repair date due to his busy schedule. Shortly after my email a new compressor was surprisingly available and installed the following morning by which it also blew up as well. Had to wait 2-5 days for another one. Meanwhile John Lay never contacted us surrounding my questions nor the status of my repair. Day 7 1) No compressor nor repair date 2) I fired John Lay Eagle HVAC Company Truthfulness, transparency and excellent customer service is expected anything less strongly indicates seeking a new HVAC provider bywhich I strongly recommend.
