Tom Powell moved his family of 3 boys to Jackson, CA in 2001. Tom was previously from Monterey California, where he had spent 20 years painting homes and businesses. Starting at 16 years of age, Tom learned the painting business from the ground up. Since arriving in Jackson, Tom started "Tom Powell Painting" and has been busy ever since. Tom has always really enjoyed painting and it shows.
