Where do I begin? I hate to leave a negative review, but if it can save someone else from having a bad experience and maybe helping the contractor improve, then it’s worth my time and energy. What is most disturbing is that the man’s Conerly t-shirt displayed a Christian message, so I would have expected his manner and work ethic to be exemplary, or at a minimum, not reflect so poorly on the name of Christ. How I pray he sees this and post and seeks forgiveness and to change his ways. First, after making the service request through our home warranty, he didn’t reach out to us until a couple of days later. Then, when he called to set up the appointment, his speech was so mumbled, I had no idea what he was saying and had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Finally I understood he was saying he was the electrician. Next, when he set up the appointment, it was still tw days afterward. After he came, the problem was not fixed, and when I reached out to him again, it took him two more days to return. When it still didn’t fix the problem, he said what he thought the problem was, but refused to come back until we made another service request, which we did, but he never came again. Thankfully, our warranty program finally referred us to a new contractor. We may not stay with this home warranty and if we can avoid using Conerly, we will.
