I rarely write reviews. But was SO displeased with the service provided by this company. we were given their information through our home warranty company. A part needed to be replaced in our dishwasher. The part was back ordered, it came in and they never called us - we finally called them 6 weeks later. We get on the schedule for them to replace it in our home (we have been without a working appliance for 2 months) and they did not show up twice. So unprofessional. The man who spoke to my husband was rude and terrible with customer service skills. He even hung up on my husband. Do yourself a favor and do not call this company for even a quote. It's not worth the hassle.

My experience has been one of great displeasure! Guy came out, found the problem with my washer and said part had to be ordered. Part came in on a Friday and they would call to set up appointment. Couldn’t get here until Tuesday between 1-5. Received email stating backed up would have to reschedule. No call on Wednesday, I called left a message and sent a email. Nothing! Thursday, called NUMEROUS times to no avail sent another email. Later that evening being very frustrated sent another email and I guess he blocked me. Out $90 and still not a usable washer and today is 1 week since I called. Will NEVER use or recommend this company. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!

It has been nearly 2 months since they were paid to fix our fridge. It is still not fixed. They are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a company with integrity. I have no clue how they are still in business. Any positive reviews must be fake.

Was delighted by the prompt scheduling and arrival of technician. Unfortunately, once I received my estimate I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone via phone or email and it’s been a week. They took my $75 diagnostic fee and disappeared. Waste of time and money.
