UPDATE - Legal proceedings have been filed. UPDATE - After repeated attempts asking Marvin to return my money he kept promising he would call and of course never does. Instead a lady calls asking me to remove a Google review for another bad job he did on a driveway... I proceeded to tell her she has the wrong unhappy customer and explain my situation and she put the phone down on me. I have asked Marvin to be professional and settle this out of court, however he texted this morning saying I am in breach of contract and owe him 60 days.... that's what he is relying on to get out of what he does to people. He needs to read his contract ... any delays (of which there were many) he is on the hook for ONTOP of the mess he leaves the floor in... yes we will see you in court. Marvin was supposed to do my residential flooring. He was always delaying the job which pushed out the painters and lost me over 2 month rental income. Two days ago he tells me he is finished. I went to the property today and am so disgusted at the job he did. My fridge is damaged and nothing was put back. I was in shock. I've tried calling and calling him but he avoids my calls. I will be taking legal action and going to the BBB. Save yourself money and huge stress and do not use him!!
