What would of been a disaster turned out to be a good positive experience with AEI gas services out of Jacksonville, Fl. Had a Whole home Generator ordered in May and tomorrow (8/25), we will finally be able to start it up. The issue was the gas company and them dropping the ball however AEI did a fantastic job in not only doing their job (gas piping) they did a great job of giving me some faith in contractors however kept me informed all throughout the process. They really went above and beyond and I do appreciate their quality services. From the design, scheduling and installation, all services was professionally installed and delivered. Ronnie (no idea of last name) really went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and controlling my expectations. AEI has excellent installer and great staff. I thank you!! Jim Weatherford
