We had an appointment for Thursday July 27,2022. A gentleman called to confirm before arrival. He arrival on time and neglected to use the doorbell instead bam on the glass door. After my husband answered the door my husband asked the gentleman if he would put a mask. The gentleman emphatically replied NO, where your mask. My husband had just answered the door and had his mask in his hand and was going to put it on. The gentleman got in his black truck and left. I call the business to make a complaint and was informed the consultant was Mr Glenn the owner of Southern Home Addition Inc. we’ll that was the end he loss out
