Words can't do justice to the work that Steve and the rest of the team at Castle did. My wife and I purchased our first home - a historic home with lots of charm, but some work was needed. After speaking with multiple other handymen and general contractors, my wife and I went with Steve for three major reasons: Price, quality, and communication. Steve was conscious the budget my wife & I had, and anytime an unexpected problem arose (as happens with old, historic homes), Steve found a way to cut costs without cutting corners. Cutting corners is not something that Castle Home Improvements & Handyman Services know about. Steve's attention to detail is unbelievable. This is evident in his work and work ethic. When Steve says he will show up at a certain time, expect him five minutes before then. Not only is he timely, but he cleans up perectly daily. Often, the house looked cleaner after Steve left than it was before he arrived. Steve's communication is beyond anything I ever thought possible. Steve was accessible via phone call, text message, or e-mail day or night and on the weekends. Steve also communicated on behalf of other workers. Finding and deciding to use Castle Home Improvements & Handyman Services was hands-down the best decision my wife and I made after purchasing our home.
