Tanner Home Inspections

I found his website online and it gave the option to text. So I did, I ask for the cost of a home inspection and he responded the same day. Home would be 250 and WDO be an extra 100. I asked what was WDO, he pushed me off and told me consult with my realtor. As I responded after googling it. He came with another snarky comment that i need to get more infromatiin from my realtor. I was looking for information from him directly. If he can't answer a simple question then I wonder if he would be informative during the inspection I definitely will not be using him.
