called them for expedited service, like it said to do on the work order, spoke to guy named Arse, and he so was, just told me everyone went home, so no one to send out, and he hasn't even seen the work order for our air conditioning (the house was at 83 F at that point), and he'll call me back whenever to schedule an appointment for the next day! I told him we need an expedited service, that's why I was calling him like it said on the work order, the house is at 83F, it's over 90F outside, and whats the earliest he can come out? he says, I'm gonna have to wait till he calls me back, and hung up. I'm not the priority, he's just gonna do it how it's convenient for him because he is an Arse. Unprofessional and just assholes ! I do not recommend these guys! There are better companies!
