Mowing height will be according to grass type and variety. Mulched lawn clippings will be small and added back to the lawn for added nutritional value. We hard edge all sidewalks and driveways. We soft edge tree rings, plant and flower beds and other surfaced areas bordered by grass. We blow all surfaces clean and spotless. Premium Recommended Service Includes: Typical Average Joe $45 - Mowing, trimming and weed removal around fences and trees, edging sidewalks and drives and removal of debris from all sidewalks, porches, and driveways. - Trimming all shrubs and bushes. Cutting back all plants required. - Small Planters/Bed maintenance, weeds removed with weed control applications. ​ - All concrete surfaces and cracks sprayed with Round Up - applied every three months. ​ - Is usually around $45 ..so with a 30% discount for first time customers that would give you a balance of just $31.50 for a beautifully cut lawn and trimmed up garden area and shrubs.
