1960's Red Oak parquet floor had extensive pet urine damage in over 30 areas. Our customers had just bought the home and wanted to eliminate the dark urine spots and also modernize the look of the floor. I also reiterated the health benefits of removing those chemical ridden oil coatings and install a water based super durable finish called Bona Traffic HD. We sanded everything thoroughly and then accessed the spots that would have to be removed. we ended up removing approx. 32 square feet and replacing those areas with new parquet flooring. Then we sealed new pieces and blended them into the floor previous to applying any finish. We then stained the floor using a 70/30 blend of mostly Graphite and 30% Jacobean stain. Allowed those to sit overnight to dry then applied 3 seperate coats of Bona water based Traffic HD. This finish is an upgrade and is super durable.

Stucco houses, especially in St. John's County and World Golf/210 area homes that we built from 1990-2010 unforunately had a spectrum of stucco issues between different builders and remodelers most ending with excessive cracking. AAA's approach involves hand caulking and waterproofing (filling) every crack meticulously but without the surface looking repaired and un-professional. We use an elastomeric sealant called Shermax to seal these cracks up tight. We also treat all rust with a seven step process followed by the most important factor in waterproofing your home, the product. We use an advanced hybrid elastomeric coating from Sherwin Williams, called Loxon. And we prefer the more expensive option, the "XP". Which is more breathable and has more elasticity than the less expensive option. 2 coats of "Loxon XP" and it becomes a waterproofing coating. If applied correctly can stretch and give all while working like a pool liner to block water and moisture intrusion and protect your home. I have personally used over 20 different products over the years, and Loxon XP has got to be the easiest to use and longest lasting product available. These customers, in one of our favorite neighborhoods to work in over the years, Sawgrass, has used us approximately every year for the last four years. They are updating some of their interior touches and also replacing all the builder's windows with high efficiency vinyl windows. the banding around the previous windows had waterproofing issues so they completely removed and replaced the stucco band systems around all the windows. After they cured for a recommended 72 hours we sealed all the new stucco in with Loxon Conditioner. let that dry overnight then 2 coated the band's only with Loxon XP.
