Do not use PaintPro/Ben Aponte to refinish your floors. He did a terrible job, causing more damage than I had when I hired him and then refused to return to fix it, though I paid him half upfront (also something you should NEVER do with any company). Attached are pictures of what Ben did to my floors.* The person before him messed up the center of the two rooms and only re-sanded and re-stained within the border. This caused a deep, dark line where old stain met new stain and I hired Ben to fix this. Ben caused new, deep divots with a belt sander and applied the last coat of poly improperly which caused massive bubbling and streaked lines running against the wood grain. Ben started to fix it after admitting he (well, his helper, Eric, actually) messed it up but, after not being able to assure me the problems he caused would ultimately be fixed, and that the floors would look how we agreed prior to his starting they should and would look, he stopped communicating with me and has now abonded the job. I have now hired a third person to finish the job as I have renters moving into this unit in two weeks. Beware! Ben is not qualified to work on hardwood floors. I'm sure your money, like mine, isn't free flowing and I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of by Ben Aponte. *If attaching pictures to this forum isn't possible, search craigslist for his name. I will also be posting the review there.

I found Paint Pro Restoration to be hard working and and fairly priced. The work was done with professionalism and punctuality. Would recommend anytime.
