| Budget Kitchen Rehab | Aug 2015 | This client was rehabbing an old apartment unit. The water damaged portion of the ceiling and poorly done backsplash needed to come off, and be redone. We properly repaired the damaged drywall behind the old backsplash to a clean level surface and painted it. | Bathroom Remodel | Jan 2015 | Our client wanted a full bathroom remodel. Not pictured is the old flooring, the old tile around the tub, and a bulkhead over the tub which was greatly reducing space. We took out the bulkhead tile and properly repaired the damaged area with water resistant green board.
