Had Rolland reash plumbing come out to find a leak that we couldn't figure out where it was. It ended up being a slab leak under the tile in my bathroom. Rolland was able to find the leak on the first hole they busted and made the repair and was also able to put the concrete and tile back like it never happened. Thanks Rolland

Be aware!! I was very disappointed in Rolland Reash. I called them out to change out shower fixtures after my tile guy ripped out all tile and everything down to the studs. Should have been a relatively simple job and I supplied the valve. The plumber walks in and says he thinks it should be "no more than an hour - hour and a half at most" I always watch the clock when service people who charge by the hour come to my house. It took him two hours when he went outside to the truck to get my invoice ready. It took THIRTY minutes for him to work out my invoice. I went out THREE times to ask if my invoice was ready because I had the worst feeling I was still on the clock. Sure enough, I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor and "parts" which nobody at that company could tell me what parts they used on my bathroom when I asked later. My invoice said nothing. I like to give businesses the chance to right wrongs, so I called and spoke to their office manager. After not hearing back from them after a week, I called back. They agreed to refund me 15 minutes worth of time. That is ridiculous. An invoice should take a couple of minutes to get together, yet I was told that the plumber "needs time to do his paperwork." Sure, but not on my dime! Very sketchy, very unwilling to work with the customer on cleaning up their act and fixing their mistakes. Be aware!!
