CR Laminate floor

Sep 2014

This was an insurance claim that the homeowner filed for carpet damage due to a storm. We were able to get this laminate floor in his home for nearly the same cost as carpet and his insurance claim covered all of it. The only issue we had was the customer said he wished he could have gotten the kitchen done as well! We also did a drywall patch, ceiling texture blend, and repaired his wood siding that was destroyed.

Custom Lighted Beam

Aug 2014

The customer wanted more lighting in the living area, but it was difficult to determine the right fixtures for the 14ft vaulted ceilings. So we designed, fabricated, and installed this beam in the peak of the ceiling. To solve the lighting problem, we built-in three 4inch recessed lights.

Staircase renovation

Jun 2014

This customer installed a Pergo laminate floor and he decided the staircase was beyond his capabilities. The cost indicated was labor only. Materials were provided by the customer. We were able to take care of this project in about 10 hours with very few issues. The tread noses from the old stairs had to be removed prior to the laminate installation, which required some skilled work with a circular saw, jig saw, and ALOT of chisel work.

Bedroom Addition

Jun 2013

This project was completed on my own home. We closed in a portion of the garage in order to turn our 3 bedroom home into a 4 bedroom. We framed up three walls and used one existing wall. We had to cut a window into the existing exterior wall as well. Normally, we would sub-contract the electrical portion and/or plumbing portions of additions due to licensing requirements but on my own home we weren't required to. I was an electrician for several years so that also allows our company to understand other processes that go into a remodeling venture
