I'm a professional but some times privleged mommas boys have worst morals than any person I know from poverty they reeked of spoiled junkies calling customers names while they look like cousin fuckers from wrong turn. These clowns reproduce America is fucked.

Drain Pro's Fixed our problem and completely overcharged us, not even two days later had issues and Brad (the CEO) answered and hung up and kept ignoring my calls and not returning my voicemails and even blocked my number as well as my husbands, yet I have a warranty on this for a year. He will be taken to court. I am not the first person he has done this too and will not be the last.

I am writing this review today because the blower in my HVAC unit has gone bad. Drain Pros subcontracted out the job and I found out that they over charged me by an insane amount. I contacted drain pros to a person named Brad who was the point of contact for the sale and installation of the unit. Brad sent a tech over to my house who was very disrespectful and rude to my wife, and literally just said that yes the unit is bad. The unit went bad on June 28 and Brad said that he ordered the warrantee replacement blower on the same day and it would be there the following Monday. I never received a call or any message from him. Today, July 18th, I called him back to get told that the part was possibly not in and that was the reason he had not called me back and then when I told him that we have been without any cooling for over two weeks and I did not appreciate no contact he told me that I could "fucking call somebody else to do it then", I told him I didn't appreciate the language and that since his company was responsive for the warranty I expected him to follow through or I would file a complaint with the BBB. He then proceeded to say "go ahead and do it you fucking faggot" and hung up on me. I still do not have a replacement blower for my unit which is under warranty and I am unsure of how to get it. Whatever you do, stay away from this piece of shit. He will either rip you off or not stand behind any of his work. He has no integrity and for him to start cussing at a customer that he should be taking care of when he does the work and gets thousands of dollars to have somebody else put in a unit is just ridiculous. Weeks later from our HVAC unit breaking down we are still without air conditioning and I have a child and exotic animals and he doesn't care one bit he just wants to make a profit.

This company replaced a drain line and water line at my home in Jacksonville, NC in December 2015. Since that time I have been trying unsuccessfully to get them to finish the job. That left large holes beside the sidewalk they replaced and piles of concrete edging and bricks lying in the flower bed were there is still a hole. In early March there was another water leak which they went to repair but have not responded to question about the leak. The trash is still there as is the hole in the flower bed. Do not use this company if you want the job finished right.
