Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT USE. I contacted BLK solutions to put up TARP, repair a door, & pressure wash my house. They put up a TARP which they provided that service immediately. The door repair and pressure wash were going to be done the following week. Not even 3 days later, the Tarp blew away and I contacted them to fix. That's when every excuse (or lie) imaginable began. After weeks of them promising to come back out to fix, I had to pay another company to make the repairs to avoid further damages to my house. So I requested a refund from BLK solutions for the services that they didn't perform. Needless to say, I received more excuses (lies) on when I will be refund. Lies from its corporate policy (they're not even certified, there's no corporate) that we wait 15 days, I need more time, spouse left me, etc on on on. Every week it was a different excuse on why they couldnt send me my money back. This company is dishonest and rips servicemembers out of their money. I have proof if anyone wants to dispute. DO NOT USE. You have been warned.

Unorganized, unreliable, horrible work. 0 stars if possible. Worst experience for any work I have ever hired anyone for. Barbara lies and refuses to make good on work. She was my foreman and never showed up to my house once. 2 week estimated completion turned into 6 months. She didn't pay her subcontractors. 2 of them were hired from craigslist and quit by not showing up to my house. I had to get my credit card company to sue her before any money was refunded. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

AVOID! She is an unlicensed big talking FRAUD! She takes a big down payment, does nothing, and runs. Full of promises on Friday’s and rainy days then no answercontact on Monday. Just a complete subletting SCAMMER. Check out the BBB website complaints! She frauds everyone from the elderly to all military. The only good reviews are from the owner and employees. Feel free to contact me for future testimony, if you don’t heed my warning.

BLK Solutions, Inc. is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Terrible work that is not up to code, they did not pay the subcontractors on the job we hired them for, despite collecting the subcontractors fees from me beforehand. Had to hire another crew to fix the damage BLK Solutions INC created. We lost THOUSANDS because of this company. Not to mention they still owe us money. I am not sure how anyone can run a business this way.
