Glenn's Home Repair

We had a situation with a broken condensation line in the wall of a bedroom at the house. Mr. Glenn's son came out to assess the situation, as well as a few other things we needed. They were there to begin the work the following week, arrived on time, discovered what caused the problem and proceeded to do what they needed to do to put the room back in order. Of course we needed to have the hvac people come in too to fix the line. Mr. Glenns people worked with our unusual schedule and within a short time all was well and better than ever. The workers were very polite, clean and efficient. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others. They have done work for us in the past and we have always had excellent results. Thank you.

In Aug 2018 glenn then went by b&g home repair dried in my porch when he did the roof he did the pit h the wrong way so every time it rains the water rolls back into to my room . Glenn keep promising he would come and fix it but has never showed . I would no use him he over charges and does a crappie job and will not fix his mistakes

I've been calling and leaving a message for weeks. A friend who needs stuff done too has experienced the same. Save your time don't bother to call these guys you won't hear from them.

I contacted him for a quote for repair to my guest bathroom floor. His son come out to look at it. His son never told me when I could expect to hear anything. I wait two days and spoke with Glenn. He asked if I would send a picture of my bath tub/ Figured his son would have done that for the purpose of the price quote. So I sent a picture and heard nothing back for another 2 days. I called him up as I liked the price and set up a date for him to come out to do the job. It was set for a Tuesday, the prior Friday I get a e-mail, not a phone call but an e-mail telling me that he will need to come out and do a new quote due to the tub to come out of the bathroom and also that his son, which was also his employee was scheduled for knee surgery on the same day that the job was to be done. He said that he would get back to me at a later date to reschedule. As a customer I found this unprofessional, he could have at least called me and spoke to me person to person. Would have been alittle more open to being flexible. But will not waste my time any longer waiting for him, the owner of a business to tell me he will get back to me at a later time. My bathroom floor has to be fixed as soon as possible and not going to wait for someone that cant seem to get a quote correct or manage his business when it comes to known employee issues. I recommend you do not sue this company.
