Our focus is on solid construction and good customer relationships. We are a family business with a long history of building solid working relationships the same way we build homes with time-honored methods, respect and attention to detail. Our custom building projects run the gamut, from new home construction to additions, renovations, historic restorations, exterior and interior finish work, and repairs. To meet your particular needs, we can use the newest materials available in the industry, or we can handcraft a unique custom piece using traditional materials and methods. We take great pride in our work and invite you to explore our portfolio of custom craftsmanship.

Stay far away!!!! In my opinion do not waste your time or money with this unlicensed contractor that is not suppose to be working in NYC. Left my home with shoddy work done by him(Christopher Lyons) as well as using unlicensed subcontractors.

Chris and team gave us a beautiful new bathroom and kitchen for us in a short period of time, not only because of the talent on the team the but also largely due to Chris' project management and communication skills to keep us on schedule. In addition, Rosemarie designed a kitchen that utilized every inch of space and works very well for us. Chris and Rosemarie are very responsive by text, phone, and email. In addition, they are very knowledgable and always presented all options available to us in non-pushy way that we appreciate. We are genuinely thankful the effort that the team put in to get us moved back into our apartment in 5 weeks and I recommend their work without hesitation.

The team at Integrated Asset mgmt services (especially Christopher Lyons) is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous, and hardworking group of craftsman. The end was everything and more than i was hoping for. While they were not the cheapest pricewise, the cost is worth it in the end. You made my family very happy and proud of our new kitchen. Thank you!
