Chris came out and gave me a quote for a backup generator. he showed up on time and explained the process to me and my wife. He showed considerable knowledge about the generator codes and requirements. We scheduled the work for 2 weeks out. Again they showed up when they said they would and installed the generator and wiring. We love the peace of mind of the backup power being there when we need it. The crew cleaned up when they were done. Chris went thru a tutorial on how it all worked with us so my wife and I can operate it if need be. Great customer service. Best we ever experienced. Refinished whole basement - adding laundry room, expanding half bath to full bath, flooring, wet bar, cabinets, bookcases, lighting. Work required wiring and plumbing improvements. Workers were all very professional and consistently prompt. Project within budget.
