HOME SERVICES OF THE TRIAD

Horrible service. First told them was an emergency situation as feces was coming out of toilet and flooding my downstairs. Took them over a week to come out. Then the day of were 3-4 hours LATE. Then told us what was going on and after they dug out a huge whole in my backyard said they couldn't finish the job as would return the next day. Told us that we had two pipes that could be the issue but when they would come out next day they could take care of issue. Told us 10am next day. 10am comes an dwe get a TEXT not a call that the job was on hold. Very confused we TRIED to call the company no answer. Even emailed NOTHING. So we wait because it was a satuday and didnt expect them to be there on sunday. Come monday we call and THIS is where they tell us. Oh well the job would cost this this this much money so we cant finish it until you ok it. WHICH WE WERE NEVER TOLD AT ALL. They left this HUGE hole in my yard and then want to STILL charge us out the whoohaa to dig at the same spot??? FOR WHAT REASON WHEN THE HOLE is already there. and for them to NOT tell us whats going on and the lady on the phone saying another reason why the job was put on hold. THEY could have CALLED that day and told us. We have a pregnant woman in our house at the moment and we needed this job done asap. But here we are having to wait OVER a week With NO plumbing or water usage in our household to be told this AFTER we have to call. No way in hell is this company getting my money. BEWARE of what they say and what they report and put in the system. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I will gladly play another company for this service to help and not leave me in the loop for atleast a week.

Lori was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She took the time to show me where the problem was and what repairs were needed before finalizing the work. She gave me a few options and then continued to do the work. Throughout his work she was clean, considerate of my bathroom, and did an awesome job! Home Service Triad is a great company and have qualified personnel on their team.

Service was excellent. Fast, reliable, and efficient. Fixed my bathroom sink leak in less than an hour. 10/10 service. I would recommend their service to anyone with plumbing issues.

They are not the cheapest plumbers but they do their job pretty well and were willing to answer any questions.
