Based in Janesville, Modern Builders is a home building contractor. They offer residential construction, home building and other services. In August 2007, a property owner hired Modern Builders to do a re-roofing project using a permit acquired from the city of Ames. In April 2005, a property owner contracted them for a re-roofing project using a permit obtained from the same office.
