STAY FAR AWAY.. Easy to take the money and run - Licensed by who?? They attempted a job TWICE, left the job and never finished.. Broken promises and no-showing constantly. Looks like children tried pouring concrete (Take a look at the picture, you tell me if I'm wrong). On top of all this, they took advantage of a retired couple. CON ARTIST!! SCAMMER!! LIAR!! THIEF!!
