QUIN Land Surveying, a DBA of Hilderbrand Land Surveying, Inc., is located in beautiful downtown Jasper, Texas and has been performing all categories of surveying services since 1987. Lequin Hilderbrand, owner and President, has managed and maintained bulk corporate and industrial property assets since 1983. This vast experience includes records research across multiple states, analysis of complex land, title and property issues, negotiation and mediation of various conflicts and/or legal matters and presentation of facts and evidence as well as providing expert testimony throughout the judicial system, from the local court level to the highest courts in Texas and Louisiana as well as the United States.
