Our specialties in remodeling focus on Kitchen, Bath and Basement updates and enhancements to include Aging-In-Place and ADA accessibility modifications. Our expert Maintenance and Repair Services focus on Preventative/Proactive Inspections/Maintenance to catch minor issues before they become much larger and more expensive nightmares. A great deal of revenue is often wasted on "corrective" or "re-active" repairs when a fraction of that same cost could have been spent on "preventative" or "pro-active" maintenance. Handyman Solutions is a small, family owned company that employs hard working, courteous, FBI background checked and drug free employees. Our routine service area covers Jefferson City, Columbia and Lake of the Ozarks. Our warranty covers labor for a minimum of one year. 95% of our work is completed by our own employees but we will use sub contractors when beneficial to the project or if specialty licensing is required. We offer HEAVILY discounted labor rates for subscribers to our annual maintenance program.
