Imagine going to a mechanic for car repairs. You're told you need new tires, new shocks, and new brakes. Each service will cost you $250.00. You sign the work order for the work to be done. When completed, the mechanic comes to you and says there's good news and bad news. The good news is your brakes were fine and didn't need to be worked on. The bad news is you still have to pay the $250 "because it's on the contract" or better yet, "I put a lot of time and effort into looking at those brakes to tell that nothing was needed". This is what you can expect. Over-promised, under-delivered, and it's still gonna cost ya!
