Keith is a liar and a thief, on top of being unable to properly diagnose plumbing problems. He got in our home as a contractor of a warranty company where he told us we "needed new hoses" on the washing machine when in reality the transmission was going out. Then he offered to do some work that my Mom needed done around the house since my Dad has recently passed away. He took half down to "buy supplies" and never came back, several texts and calls went unanswered, when he did answer he "was going to be down tomorrow". We have requested a refund multiple times. He has never responded to the requests or sent any money. This man steals money from WIDOWS!!

My experience with Dixson Construction has been terrible. I paid Keith and Todd way too much money up front for my garage and deck, and after little work they abandoned the project. They do not answer calls or when Keith does answer, it is one lie after another. Stay far away from this person and his crew.

do not believe anything this guy says, been waiting on parts for over a month now, lied several times, will not answer calls, I told him your reputation is everything!

We were had this company assigned to fix a plumbing issue through our home warranty. They did not contact us with the 24hr window and when our home warranty tried to contact them was unable to either. We left numerous voicemails over several days with no return calls
