Jane of all Trades

I was happy to see a business with women involved in hope repair so I wanted to hire someone from Jane of All Trades. I described the job to the woman who contacted me. A ladder or scaffolding tall enough to reach a second story roof was needed. She assured me she could do the job herself and had a ladder that would be tall enough to do the job. When she arrived at my house, the ladder she brought was not tall enough. She said she would come back with a taller ladder and that the job should take less than two hours. She came back two days later with another ladder that was not tall enough. She came back a third time when I was not home, did the job and texted a bill to me for four hours of labor, pay for a helper and rental of a ladder. The total bill was more than twice what she initially told me it would cost. Will not hire again.
