About South Georgia Handyman
We here at South Georgia Handyman services have been in the building industry for over 35 years.Most companies in this line of work say the build and take care of homes from the ground up. We like to express we take care of your home from the grass up because we also do lawns and landscape.We were mostly in the drywall business up until 2008 when the housing crunch hit.We made the decision then to put all of our home building and maintenance skills to use so we could keep all of our employees a job.We pride ourselves on the one thing that others dont do unless they just started or should I say just stopped and thats charging an outrageous service call fee.As long as you live within 20 miles of Jesup Ga 31545 we only charge a $25.00 service call fee and if the problem can be repaired within an hour thats all it will cost for your repair unless of course we have to have new parts and then we just add the price of the new parts onto the $25.00 service fee.So just to explain this very briefly"lets say your toilet is backing up in the house,we show up and can unclog the drain within that first hour you only owe us $25.00"!!!!! Now if it takes 1 and a half hours we charger accordingly.

| Deck and covered porch.28x10 feet with a 14 x 12 roof over with charcoal grey metal roofing. | Aug 2015 | 28x10 deck and porch with partcial roof over.16 x 10 feet was open air deck with handrailing.12x10 feet was porch under roof with handrailing and steps with handrailing all was constructed with pressure treated lumber and ceramic coated rust proof 3 inch screws.The entire porch and deck was fastened to the mobile home with 6 inch lag bolts.The floor decking was 5/4 presure treated priermium lumber screwed down to 2x6 pressure treated lumber on 16 inch centers.The roof over the 12x10 porch was built on 2x6 pressure treated lumber and then stripped back to 24 inch centers with 1x4 pressure treated lumber.The roofing material is 25 year charcoal grey metal roofing screwed down with the same colored screws as the metal roofing.We custom built the steps with handrailing on both sides.We custom built them with minmal step heighth due to our clients recently haveing hip replacements this way they dont have to worry about lifting their feet as high to walk up the steps!! | $3k | Jesup, GA | |
