RE: 2nd review. My name is Kristina Shatz, not sure why it didnt show up. I am tech challenged.

2nd review for Akers Construction. I had some items that needed attention before I could pass inspection. Royce knew how important it was to get it done. He brought on an extra man, rearranged his schedule and got it all done in one day. They can literally handle any job big or small. I am having them come back for flooring, bathroom install, trim work etc. I will never search again for a contractor for any of my projects. Royce and his guys are beyond dependable and literally go above and beyond . This is company that you can build a lifelong relationship with. They make you feel as important at family.

Royce and his crew are AMAZING!!! I struggled to find someone to frame out our 3rd floor for additional living space and Royce was the answer to MANY of my prayers during remodeling. He is very easy to work with, they ALWAYS showed up on time and did exactly what he said they would do and then some. Royce had some great ideas that I did not even think of that made our 3rd floor even better than I thought possible. Needless to say for any further projects I have Royce and Akers Construction and Design will now be my go-to company. They can do framing, flooring, cabinetry, trim work, built ins etc. LOOK NO FUTHER than AKERS CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN!

My house looks like brand new! I contacted Royce for an estimate on some carpentry trim work around several places on my house. I was going to follow with another company to do the painting. Royce said his crew could do all the work and gave me a very fair price. His main crew members were Joe and Corey. They do excellent work and seem to have fun doing it. The job was started on Friday and finished by Monday, carpentry and painting. It looks super great and I’m very pleased. I highly recommend Royce Akers and his crew!!!
