I would strongly recommend that no one EVER consider using Steve Taylor. He doesn't return phone calls and he doesn't keep commitments he's made. He was scheduled to install a countertop today but when he found out the side splashes weren't ready, he made the decision NOT to install our countertop, even though I had already lined up our carpenter to install the side splashes at a later date. He knew we needed it done today because of the mirror company coming to measure and the electrician following that. I had taken a vacation day from work to be here for the installation but he didn't even give us the courtesy of a phone call to ask about the side splashes . Then, after he texted to cancel the installation (how unprofessional does it get??) he solidified his disrespect for customers and wouldn't return my calls and, for that matter, wouldn't even return Tri-cities custom marble calls to discuss why he cancelled WITH NO NOTICE or even to apologize after I responded to his text letting him know I already had lined up a carpenter to install the side splashes at a later date. He knew the urgency but his actions clearly indicated that he could care less. And, by the way, he charges a much higher price than anybody in the Tri-cities area I have ever worked with. I'm thankful we did not end up working with him.
