They left a mess - after 2 times back still not worth the $3,000 even though I paid materials and the bathroom is very very small. Taffy will send you messages about how they will take action for the poor work (big deal). The shower Grout was the wrong color, the guy claims no one told him, trim was too short so they caulked in 1 inch of white crap in its place, left uneven tiles, put a hand print of white paint on a stained wood door and never cleaned it. NONE of the trim was long enough or flush to the wall, so they put the white caulk in there too. There is grout all over my hall carpet and the Genius even dumped left over black grout inside my toilet- took 45 minutes to scoop out. If I had the time, I would take them to court for my money back. I have to pay a REAL contractor 500.00 to fix their mess. do yourself a favor.. go with a professional.
