Tsk Tsk, with alll the reviews people leave there is always 1 bad apple in the bunch. Tom G, yes you are the bad apple. You need a rude awakening. These fine people in channahon building fine homes. We were just out there working with them on our home and they won an award for tour of homes on their model home. We have been to many builders in search of our final destination and all the other guys charge for a/c, granite, hardwood floors especially full basement etc. We got this all included at no extra charge. If I could give me them more than 5 stars I would definitely do so. They put there heart and soul into each home they build. These builders have been around for many years. I drive by many builders and alot of them have closed there doors because of tough competition but Gardner Leach nope still ticking and going like the energizer bunny. As far as I'm concerned I put them in the league of 6 world championship that Micheal Jordan and the Chicago Bulls did in the 90's. That is talent and Leach's have big talent to still be building georgous homes. Judi and her team do a fantastic job as well. Mr Tom anytime you want to challenge me about how bad these homes supposedly are and along with all your stick figure neighbors and we can talk seriously. Happy selling Judi Gardner!!

Tom G, you have this fine company of Gardner Leach Homes all wrong. They build the best of the best homes with there reputation and integrity. Would there be a reason why they keep selling out? I would trust them with my house and not have any issues in them building my home. We have dealing with them for many years and I would recommend them to anyone to have them build a house. The quality and the craftsmanship in the houses they build are great. These house are very energy efficient homes. They have been in business for many years for a reason. You have full control of how you want your house done. It's your home and they take pride in your home from the land purchase to building from breaking ground to start to finish. The Leach family, Judi Gardner, Jon Polansky thank you for helping us thru everything and they have treated us like family and have been nothing but great to us. Thank you for building such wonderful gorgeous homes and 5,000 plus shows for it. Keep up the great work!!!

AKA Gardener Leach Homes Closed on my home April 2016 Not even close to letting you be involved every step of the way... You will be told what you wish to hear all through the process... Many things; even when written down will not be done if YOU don't have a copy in writting. Be Warned! Cross your "T"s & Dot your "I"s. Keep an eye on EVERYTHING and leave NOTHING open at closing on a Punch List. You'll get no answers and nothing corrected. It took WEEKS to get water leaks in the ceiling repaired. During construction you'll be snapped at for calling "them" out about serious issues, and reminded that you're not supposed to be at the house. All the while the same issues will persist till the last minute if resolved at all. I'm starting the process now of spending nearly $10K (NVM Labor) to correct all of the Poor Craftsmanship that I had purchased. I'm not going to say they're bad people, but there's a fine line between being Professional & The Rest.
